Meet Randy’s Team

FOUNDER & CEO

Randy is a Golden Retriever/Brittany Spaniel Mix born in March of 2009 in the state of Arkansas. Randy bounced from Animal Control to a foster mother before finding his forever home with Wayne and Gerri Littleton. Randy, along with his parents, Wayne and Gerri, would like to help as many civic and animal organizations as possible. Not only is the goal to help the community thrive, but to help animals like Randy find quality care and loving homes.

PRESIDENT & CEO

Wayne Littleton is the founder and CEO of Randy's Crew. He is a Eastern Shore native and attended Salisbury State University. He earned a degree in History Education. In 1996, he read an article on the Make-A-Wish Foundation and started a golf tournament for the local chapter of the Grant-A-Wish Foundation. He volunteered for the Grant-A-Wish Foundation for five years while working for the State of Maryland. On February 5, 2001, he accepted the position of Program Coordinator for Grant-A-Wish Foundation which became the Believe In Tomorrow Children's Foundation. After 22 years as a Program Coordinator of The Children's House By The Sea, he retired on February 28, 2023 to pursue his dream of starting his own non-profit. In March of 2023, Wayne along with his wife, Gerri and their dog, Randy founded Randy's Crew with a goal of providing financial support to charitable organizations that benefit the welfare of people and animals on the Eastern Shore of Maryland and Delaware.

TREASURER

Gerri’s husband, Wayne, had an idea: “What if there was a charitable organization that helped other charities? That helped people who fell through the cracks?” Gerri was right on board. The ability to help other people is truly a gift. It is an honor to sit on the Board of Randy’s Crew. By helping the local area, we all benefit from making our community an exceptional place to live.

Since her move to the Eastern Shore in 1989, Gerri has worked in the public sector as an Insurance Agent. She joined Avery Hall Insurance Agency in 2011, after the merger with Hanna, Kremer & Tilghman Insurance. She is a graduate of the State University of New York at Oneonta.

VOLUNTEER CHAIR

Jim was born in upstate New York before his family moved to New Jersey when he was a child. After graduating from college, he served as a sergeant in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War. Upon being discharged, Jim traveled between Manhattan and Houston for his career spanning thirty years. He and his wife of 54 years, Mary Kate, have now settled into their forever home in Ocean Pines.

FUNDRAISER CO-CHAIR

Shelley Leach is passionate about working with local charities, especially those that impact the welfare of children and animals in our community. Her favorite charities to volunteer for are John’s Hopkins hospital in Baltimore and Pitties and Purrs animal rescue. She and her husband John live in Harford County, MD, and she is a proud mother to her four grown children.

FUNDRAISER CO-CHAIR

Jackie Siejack is a Fundraiser Co-Chair for Randy's Crew. She and her husband live in Harford County, Maryland, and spend their vacations in Ocean City, Maryland. When not working with Randy's Crew, Jackie is a Marketing representative for an insurance company. She earned her undergraduate degree from Notre Dame of Maryland University and a Master's degree in Business and Technology from Stevenson University. Outside of work, Jackie enjoys working with other local non-profits, and spending time with her two grown sons and her four wonderful grandchildren.
